About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Designer who sets a high bar for both design craft and product thinking. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives across web and mobile, shaping core experiences that demand clarity, speed, and trust. You care deeply about visual quality. You obsess over the details that build confidence. You’re fluent in user-centered thinking, grounded in research, and comfortable influencing direction at a strategic level.
This role isn’t about slotting into a narrow problem space. It’s for someone who can flex across journeys, uncover the right problems to solve, and raise the standard of execution across the board. Your work will shape products that millions rely on, driving trust and confidence in a rapidly evolving crypto and financial ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Has led end-to-end design for complex, high-quality digital products across web and mobile, with a focus on clear, user-centered solutions.
- Thinks strategically about product and user flows—translating complex or technical problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.
- Holds a high bar for visual clarity and interaction detail, knowing when to focus on precision and when to move quickly.
- Uses research and user insights to guide decisions, partnering closely with product and engineering to influence what gets built.
- Communicates the “why” behind design choices clearly, building alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Has experience designing for crypto platforms (CEX, DEX, wallets, DeFi), or can demonstrate a strong personal understanding of trading, investing, or financial tools.
- Operates with curiosity, ownership, and initiative—thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where impact matters.
Requirements:
- Mastery of the full product design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and production-ready assets.
- Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools for design, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Strong foundation in responsive and mobile-first design principles, creating seamless experiences across devices.
- Skilled at designing data-heavy and complex workflows, translating technical concepts into clear, approachable interfaces.
- Ability to iterate rapidly based on user feedback, analytics, and cross-team input while maintaining visual and interaction quality.
- Keen eye for detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility awareness.
- Strong collaborator who partners with product, engineering, and other teams to drive shared understanding and deliver high-impact solutions.
