What are we looking forPrevious founding/startup experience, or worked at a design agency/freelancing
An exceptional design portfolio and track record of taste
Maturity in visual design and integration of brand design
Growth design and experimentation mindset
User-centric mindset and UXR for defining information architecture, e2e user journey
Experience with one of B2B or mobile
