The Head of Finance will establish financial models, lead fundraising efforts, manage revenue monetization strategies, and oversee accounting compliance. As a Founding Account Executive, you will establish revenue strategies, convert users to enterprise clients, and collaborate with technical teams to drive adoption of Wispr Flow's voice dictation platform.

Design and prototype novel voice and device interfaces from scratch; drive systems and visual design decisions; evolve the design system; conduct user research; collaborate with founders, product leads, and engineers; and ship small-to-medium code changes with AI tooling.

Lead brand and growth marketing design for product launches and campaigns. Develop campaign concepts, high-converting landing pages, paid ads, email, and social creative.
