Own and build complex detection, inference, state, and delivery systems across AI products. Instrument ambiguous quality problems, establish correctness without reliable ground truth, define meaningful quality metrics, and make tradeoffs across imperfect signals and user impact. Partner with product and platform teams to place systems appropriately and turn persistent quality issues into reusable, measurable solutions.

Owns product growth across onboarding, first dictation, and habit formation. The role ships rapid experiments, evaluates funnel metrics, improves experimentation reliability through randomization and instrumentation, and partners across teams to close product funnel gaps. Success requires data-driven decision-making, production-quality execution, and ownership of ambiguous growth problems.

Build verification and evaluation systems that allow AI agents to determine when work is complete. Develop testing environments, convert failures and human feedback into evaluation signals, improve agent context and memory delivery, and operate the agent fleet as a production system. The role spans application code, infrastructure, testing, measurement, and ambiguous problem-solving. Prior voice, model training, or product-domain experience is not required.

Build and own polished enterprise product experiences across administration, permissions, user management, analytics, and complex workflows. Develop responsive React and TypeScript interfaces, work across APIs, data models, and backend services, and take features from customer requirements through production. Improve usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability while applying strong product and design judgment in ambiguous situations.

Lead customer deployments from discovery through adoption, building and debugging production solutions across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, communicate clearly under pressure, solve complex system issues, and turn recurring customer needs into product improvements, reusable integrations, and deployment playbooks.

Architect, build, and operate backend systems that enable enterprise customers to adopt and scale Wispr. Responsibilities include multi-tenant architecture, APIs, data models, migrations, distributed workflows, enterprise identity and access management, auditability, privacy controls, observability, and production operations.

Own the architecture of Wispr’s macOS platform and build a reliable screen-context engine supporting dictation, Notetaker, Instruct Mode, and future products. Establish technical direction across accessibility, native integrations, memory, state, and background behavior; solve performance, correctness, privacy, and cross-application issues; and create durable platform foundations for other engineers.

Owns the architecture, reliability, and quality of Wispr’s Windows product. Responsibilities include setting technical direction for native integrations, improving onboarding, text insertion, screen context, and background performance, resolving cross-device and application failures, defining user-experience metrics, and building reusable quality systems. The role combines architectural leadership with hands-on production coding and deep client-platform debugging.

Own the reliability, performance, architecture, and observability foundations for Wispr’s Android products. Solve device fragmentation and manufacturer-specific issues, identify systemic failure modes, build durable fixes, and improve diagnostics, instrumentation, testing, and operational feedback loops. Serve as the primary Android specialist on a small team while establishing scalable foundations for future product experiences.

The Head of Finance will establish financial models, lead fundraising efforts, manage revenue monetization strategies, and oversee accounting compliance. This role requires building a finance function for rapid growth, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring financial health as the company scales.

The B2B Marketing Lead will establish the marketing function, optimize conversion paths, create content strategy, drive customer insights, and lead B2B growth initiatives.

Own and operate end-to-end billing across consumer and B2B: seats, usage, cost centers, bundling, international pricing and payments. Reconcile state across RevenueCat, Stripe, Sequence, enable rapid SKU/pricing rollout, build robust testing, and expand enterprise billing features and global payment coverage.

Design and engineer mobile voice-first interfaces across iOS, Android, CarPlay, and Apple Watch. Design, build, and own scalable platform infrastructure for low-latency voice/ML services. Anticipate and eliminate scaling bottlenecks, improve developer experience and deployment speed, integrate product with ML systems (credentials, proxy, routing, experimentation), and set technical direction as the platform team grows.

The UI Engineer will create polished interfaces for the Wispr platform, collaborating closely with product and design teams to enhance user interaction and engagement.

Lead product security for the platform: prioritize threats, design and architect defenses, embed security early in designs, build platform-level safe defaults, find vulnerabilities in code, and raise team-wide security capability without becoming a bottleneck.

Own B2C growth: drive new habitual DAUs and paid conversion through paid acquisition, app store optimization, web conversion, affiliates, international allocation, and growth team leadership. Make weekly channel decisions, own budget, and build media mix, incrementality, and payback models.

The Technical Support Engineer will handle a high volume of customer support tickets, ensuring fast resolution while maintaining professional communication. Duties include documenting escalations, improving efficiency, and identifying recurring issues. The role requires a strong work ethic, resilience, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Lead Wispr's enterprise engineering: own architecture and roadmap, build enterprise-readiness (SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, data residency, compliance), hire and coach engineers, create tooling for Sales/CS, partner with PM and Head of Sales, and remain hands-on to scale enterprise revenue.

As a Founding Account Executive, you will establish revenue strategies, convert users to enterprise clients, and collaborate with technical teams to drive adoption of Wispr Flow's voice dictation platform.
