About the Role:

We're a growing company looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help us design a user-centric SaaS dashboard to prevent fraud.

This isn't just about pixels; it's about problem-solving. You'll work closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers to understand complex challenges and create intuitive and comprehensive experiences for our users. We have a complex product; you will need to make it easy.

As a fast-growing start-up, you will need to independently explore the context, talk to different stakeholders, understand the problem end-to-end, and propose solutions that make sense with our product.

Requests usually come with just the tip of the iceberg. You will need to get into the bushes. This role is not for a Product Designer who expects a complete brief, a list of detailed tasks, and endless calls. We move fast. You need to be fast. And good.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively drive the entire design process, from independently identifying user problems and exploring solutions through research and validation, to final implementation and hand-off.

• Go beyond the "happy path" by designing for all user flows, edge cases, and UI states to ensure a smooth hand-off to engineering.

• We are remote; you need to show visibility, communicate status, and progress reports with your team. Comment, annotate, and tag teammates in all your files. Work closely with product managers and engineers.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience (or strong portfolio) designing UI and UX for dashboards and SaaS products.

• Master Figma, with expertise in Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototypes

• Master Design Systems and their application to create and scale a consistent dashboard experience

• User-centered design principles with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices

• Experience communicating with leadership. You will communicate ideas and ping pong requirements with the CEO, CTO, and CPO levels.

• Be aware of the future state of design. AI is changing the game. We are already exploring new design workflows.

• Startup / Small Company / Founder Experience

• Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in globally distributed teams

  • If you've worked in Fraud, AML, Compliance, Payments, Fintech, Banking, that's a plus

  • Played around with Figma Make, Gemini, Loveable, v0, or similar? Sweet!

  • A little front-end code familiarity will make your job easier

Compensation: Base pay range of R$265,000- R$370,000 BRL + Series C equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
