At Userpilot, we empower product-led companies to drive growth by creating experiences their users love. We’re now looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our team in Dublin and take on a high-impact role with plenty of ownership.
In this position, you’ll design experiences that sit at the heart of how users first engage with our platform. You’ll work across the product, turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that encourage discovery, adoption, and delight.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading design for core areas of our platform that introduce users to Userpilot’s value.
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to bring ideas from concept to launch.
- Using research, data, and feedback to continuously refine and improve user journeys.
- Contributing to our design system and shaping how our product looks, feels, and works.
- Owning projects end-to-end, with the autonomy to make a visible impact.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or growth-driven environments.
- A portfolio that shows strong UX and UI design across web applications.
- Confidence in balancing user needs with business goals.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- A mindset that’s both creative and pragmatic — focused on shipping real impact.
