We’re hiring a Product Designer to help shape the future of developer experiences on the Soneium blockchain. This role is central to Startale’s mission of bringing mainstream usability to Web3.
You’ll work across key product lines including our smart wallet, onboarding flows, developer tools, admin dashboard and infrastructure for Account Abstraction and Chain Abstraction. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team with product, engineering, and ecosystem leads. You’ll also work closely with brand and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across assets and and product.

- Set the standard for the overall user experience for Startale’s developer-facing products.
- Own design for user wallet and developer-facing tools from zero to one. Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with product from initial discovery through go-to-market.
- Map and improve the full customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from first touchpoint to deep engagement throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define user flows for smart wallets, gasless onboarding, and chain abstraction.
- Lead wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design across web and mobile.
- Lead developer experience for the SDK that serves as the interface to our infrastructure
- Lead design of information hierarchy for developer docs and onboarding
- Conduct lightweight user research with both developers and end users
- Support and extend our design system to scale across Startale products
- Collaborate closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure visual and experiential consistency across all touchpoints.
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while pushing for product-level innovation.
- 5+ years of experience designing developer-facing interfaces.
- Strong UX fundamentals and visual craft.
- Experience in fast-paced, remote teams spread across various time zones.
- An opinion of crypto UX pain points and the desire to make it simple.
- You are a crypto degen.
- Ability to design SDK experience.
