Summary: As a Product Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative digital or physical products. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, sketching initial concepts, and creating detailed prototypes. You will engage in user testing sessions to gather feedback, iterating on designs to enhance functionality and usability, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations. Your role will also include documenting the design process and presenting your work to stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate design workshops to encourage team collaboration and creativity. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on design principles and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Akeneo Product Information Management. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Akeneo Product Information Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
