Job Summary:
This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the HighRadius products ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product experience
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs and accessible digital interfaces
- Produce exceptional, user-focused designs and digital interfaces that are accessible.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, to shape design and execution
- Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration
Qualifications
- Has at least 3+ years relevant design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products/FinTech products
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted experiences
- Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to help drive product direction
- Demonstrated ability to wrangle lots of competing priorities, points of views, as well as user and business needs to come up with scalable solution
- Eye for detail and the ability to continuously iterate to make design better
