- Working as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team designing intuitive and elegant solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Leading the end-to-end design process from ideation to production.
- Supporting product managers in setting initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and defining a product roadmap.
- Writing clear and concise UX copy that is mindful of the context.
- Influencing our design systems to improve product quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product design experience with a focus on mobile platforms.
- Experience designing complex features, attention to detail and ability to translate customer needs into actionable items.
- Capable of seeing the bigger picture and seeking systematic solutions to maintain consistency of UX solutions.
- Technical background and attention to product quality: ability to collaborate with engineers, understand technical constraints, iterate on solutions and fine-tune the result.
- Excellent design skills and a clean visual sense.
- Experience in crafting well-balanced animations and interactions to ensure interfaces feel natural.
- Ability to be proactive: can move things forward, collect and assess relevant data, and prioritise initiatives.
- Highly communicative and self-organised: can explain, clearly articulate design rationale and prioritise feedback to iterate rapidly.
