The Role

Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging product experiences that solve user problems and meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process and outcomes, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and business requirements.
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and pain points.
  • Create design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
  • Design intuitive and engaging product interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
