• After launching our knowledge assistant for work in July, we're now growing our customer base and product rapidly. We've successfully secured deals with notable companies, including Swiggy and Podium.

• We also released some case studies of customers like Podium and HeyGen automating up 80%+ of their Slack questions using Autopilot.

• We've raised over $9.5m from top investors in Silicon Valley, such as Y Combinator, and founders/operators from companies like Dropbox, Retool, and Twitch. 

• We have a small but exceptional team with high talent density from Stanford AI Lab, Meta AI, and Glean. 

Role and responsibilitiesWhat will you do at Dashworks?

• Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.

• Partner closely with our customer-facing team to understand what users need, want, and love about Dashworks. Use this data to plan and scope our product roadmap.

• Create design systems that are simple to understand but help us to move faster as we scale

You might be a good fit if

• You can create pixel-perfect visual designs (UI).

• You can untangle challenging conceptual problems and have a sharp intuition for how people use (or wish they could use) products (UX).

• You care about your designs' business needs, implications, and possibilities. You don't get stuck on pretty UI and can balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.

• You have strong beliefs, loosely held. You're a good listener who likes to collaborate.

• You like to tell stories using both words and visuals and strategize the best way to make your point.

• As a bonus, you're excited about Generative AI and other cutting-edge technology
