Main Responsibilities:
- Proficient in various UX methods and full lifecycle, including gathering user and stakeholder requirements.
- Excellent in creating UX materials such as User Journey Maps, Personas and Goals, Information Architectures, User Flows, Wireframe Prototypes, and conducting Usability Testing.
- Experience designing for Data Analytics software, Acquisition software or related industries.
- Excellent in working in Design Sprint.
- Adapt design delivery to synchronize with development and business, at the same time. balance ownership of user requirements and usability concerns of the product.
- Collaborate with product managers and frontend development teams.
- Explain and justify design decisions on the basis of established principles and standards.
- Experienced in conducting UI/UX or human factors studies, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Design screens and create high-fidelity prototypes.
- Define and maintain a product design system for consistency across the application.
- Skilled in designing comprehensive digital products and systems beyond websites.
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Plan, conduct and report Usability Testing.
- Track, report and iterate design for usability bugs on the product.
- Thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, adhering to deadlines.
- Knowledgeable of the latest Design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Eager to acquire new design skills.
- Ability to take innovation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in UX design.
- At least 2 years of experience in Visual design
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating significant contributions to UX and visual design projects.
- Expertise in gathering user and stakeholder requirements, Personas and Goals, User Journey Maps, Information Architectures, User Flows, Wireframe Prototypes, and conducting Usability Testing.
- Expertise in graphic design, illustration, Design System, Prototyping.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Design or related field.
