About the role:
As a Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of commercial real estate by designing innovative products that drive value for brokers, investors, and tenants alike. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, beautiful, and functional experiences that simplify complex workflows, accelerate decision-making, and elevate the overall user experience.
At Crexi, the Product Design team is situated within the Product Team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Product Design and will be paired with a Product Manager to work within a specific area of the product.

What you’ll do:
• Work with the Product Manager throughout the design process from discovery/concept to completion/delivery, ensuring alignment with Crexi’s product vision and design system.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Design Team, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver design solutions that find a balance between user needs, business goals, design vision, and project constraints.
• Utilize research and data insights to create user-centered designs that simplify complexity and maximize effectiveness.
• Develop and iterate prototypes and high-fidelity visuals that ensure a seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintains detailed design documentation including specifications and edlines.
• Advocate for the design process, consistency, accessibility, and usability.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to continually improve Crexi’s product offerings.
Your background:
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
• Expertise in user research, user flow diagraming, prototyping, and product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and user experience principles.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and an ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• A passion for solving complex problems and designing solutions that empower professionals in commercial real estate.
Pluses:
• 3 to 6 years of product design experience with demonstrable proficiency in the design process.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for user research, including A/B testing best practices in partnership with product teams.
• Practiced communication and presentation skills allowing you to communicate and defend complex design ideas clearly and persuasively to influence peers and leaders.
• Knowledge of how and when to use qualitative or quantitative data to help inform design decisions.
• Experience designing for web, iOS, and Android along with a basic working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and native mobile technologies.
• Extensive experience working with Figma-based design systems.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $120,000 to $150,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
