TCP Software is looking for a talented Product Designer to design experiences and functionality of our digital products to ensure a great user experience. You will also iterate and enhance current designs from a customer-centric point of view to drive business value for the company.
He or she needs to understand our business requirements and technical limitations and be responsible for planning and conducting user research. Translating requirements and diverse stakeholder points of view into deliverable artifacts such as: process diagrams, user flows, lo-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity branded screens and interactive prototypes for all relevant groups to review and approve in an Agile environment.
As A Product Designer, You Will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams that include Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Customer Support, Marketing and a customer base across diverse market verticals
- Present your design solutions to stakeholders, evangelize and defend your design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
- Actively solicit usability feedback from customers, incorporating this feedback and any technical constraints into your designs
- Create UX artifacts including concept sketches, information architecture maps, user flows and interactive prototypes for easy consumption to support your point of view on experience
- Ensure that design solutions are measurable and identify success metrics that will be used to hold its performance to account
You are a strong fit for this role if you have
- Creative and passionate about making a difference with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Expert knowledge of research best practices, design theory, tools like Figma, as well as Microsoft applications and file repositories
- Proven ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely
- High comfort level with both written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and customers
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to work simultaneously across several efforts
