Research, defining the challenge-solution alignment, prototyping, UX design, UI design, graphic design, copywriting, and user testing are just some of the skills you leverage when crafting great experiences. The ideal candidate will have played this role and thrive in a highly collaborative environment of cross-functional team members. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research to enhance the user experience of an established digital product workflow. 
• Utilize Figma for UX/UI design, crafting intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. 
• Develop clickable prototypes within Figma to demonstrate proposed design solutions. 
• Ensure Figma files are properly organized and prepared for seamless integration by developers. 
• Collaborate closely with the Product delivery team to translate design concepts into actionable implementations. 
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results to continuously improve the product experience. 

Hard Skills:

• Strong experience with interface design tools (Figma preferred) 
• Strong experience troubleshooting UX problems. 
• Experience working under Agile methodologies 
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing design skills. 

Soft Skills:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of self-motivation, organization, attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Strong problem-solving and delegation skills
