  • Excellent creative, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to serving as a TPS brand ambassador.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with consumer products, giftware, home decor, apparel, accessories, stationery, or seasonal categories.

  • Surface pattern design experience.

  • Packaging design or branding experience.

  • Trend forecasting or trend research experience.

  • Experience with product development processes, vendor communication, or technical artwork.

Why Join TPS?

  • Design products that customers buy, gift, and enjoy.

  • Work across multiple product categories, not just one.

  • Influence product direction from concept to shelf.

  • Build a diverse portfolio of product, pattern, and packaging design.

  • Collaborate with a creative, entrepreneurial team that values new ideas.
