About Wizz
You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for teens, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friend-finding and chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with like-minded peers in an authentic, pressure-free environment.
Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive consumption, Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers.

Role
- Collaborating closely with research, data, product, and engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and improve existing products or introduce new features.
- Identifying key issues and proposing pragmatic solutions with an estimation of the business impact.
- Leading co-creative workshops (ideation, design reviews, design critiques, etc.) to generate ideas and refine solutions.
- Imagining, building, measuring, and iterating on solutions to have an impact with the product teams.
- Participating in the prioritization of product initiatives to align efforts with business objectives.
- Identifying key metrics to improve with your solutions and taking responsibility for their success.
- Fostering strong engagement, high performance, and involvement from product teams to collectively design high-quality solutions that meet best-in-class standards.
Profile
- High-level skills in at least two of the following areas: UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and UI design.
- Relevant product design experience with a focus on mobile applications.
- You are familiar with Figma and the use of a design system.
- You are comfortable with rapid prototyping and implementation across different OS platforms.
- You understand the technical implications of your design decisions.
- Experience in prototyping and usability testing is appreciated.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product design.
- Ability to clearly articulate and communicate design decisions and lead ideation sessions within the team.
- You understand the desires and expectations of Gen Z users, and you love digging deep to understand their needs in detail.
- You are autonomous, results-driven, and able to propose solutions with a strong business impact.
- You enjoy designing captivating features while maintaining a pragmatic focus on business impact.
- You view feedback as a way to grow, and you enjoy both giving and receiving it.
- You’re fluent in French & English
