Job Description
- Own the functional and visual design of your product
- Deliver extraordinary products by conducting a full design cycle, including research, ideation, validation, pixel-perfect UI design, delivery and post-launch testing
- Know your product and users thoroughly through extensive research based on support tickets, data, usability tests, user interviews, competitor analysis and more
- Work in an agile and collaborative environment with your team of PMs, developers, analysts, other UX/UI designers and management stakeholders
- Be part of our UX Guild family of ~200 talented, friendly designers that will gladly share their knowledge and skills
- Own your professional growth by taking part in our guild’s courses, guild days, soft and hard skills workshops, mentorship programs, and much more (both learning and teaching)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX + UI design experience, ideally in product teams
- Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle – from research to prototyping, design, usability testing and more
- Proficient in working with Figma
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for learning new things
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and pixel-perfect design solutions
- Strategic thinker with a quick grasp of large and complex systems and their inner workings
- Team player committed to the success of the team

We are Wix’s UX/UI Guild. We define and design all Wix products, including complex back-office systems, drag-and-drop editors, mobile apps, and more. Our mission is to design the best user experience for all Wix users. UX plays a crucial role in product creation, from research and ideation to design and development. Post-launch, we use quantitative and qualitative methods to test, observe the data, speak to users, and gather insights to improve. We love enthusiastic people who are both masters of UX and have a pixel-perfect approach to UI.
