  • Support QA/testing teams by clarifying design intent and expected user interactions

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in UI/UX or product design

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management/ticketing tools
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating GUI/UX design work (required for application)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
  • Background in healthcare technology or government IT services
  • Experience designing for federal/government clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 (Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs)
