Product Designer - Regional Field Merchant

Your Impact
In this role, you will work under the guidance of leaders and Senior UX/UI Designers, contributing to the tactical direction and holistic design work associated with assigned projects for the Regional Field Merchant team. You'll be collaborating with a team of Architects, Designers, and Content Developers to deliver high-quality design artifacts, such as wireframes, concept sketches, prototypes, and pixel-perfect comps.

Key Responsibilities•

• Architect and design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences that engage users and simplify complex workflows across multiple platforms and products.
• Lead end-to-end design efforts-from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design-ensuring solutions align with user needs and business goals.
• Apply best-practice design methodologies to create user flows, visual comps, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless and consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver timely, polished design artifacts and influence the direction of projects.
• Maintain design quality and scalability by managing creative assets, contributing to shared design systems, and upholding visual and interaction design standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in user experience design
