Product Designer - Mobile

Team Description

Pendo Mobile expands Pendo’s capabilities to native iOS and Android applications, allowing businesses to analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and guide users within their mobile apps. This enables Product Managers, UX designers, and developers to enhance app experiences without requiring code changes or app store updates.

The team manages Pendo’s mobile offering, supporting all mobile customers and continuously innovating to keep Pendo competitive in the mobile landscape.

Role Responsibilities

• Experience with prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and user research 
• Design end-to-end user experiences informed by customer insights, data, and business goals.
• Serve as the go-to expert for Pendo Mobile, providing support and guidance to cross-functional teams and designers.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Experience collaborating with multi-office and distributed teams.
• Develop deep expertise in Pendo’s product.

Minimum Qualifications  

• Ability to create design solutions (wireframes, concepts, and high fidelity prototypes using Figma) based on user research and business objectives
• 2+ Years of Figma Experience 
• Experience utilizing design systems and UI components
• Strong communication and/or presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications 

• Knowledge with highly technical and complex products ( APis, Developer Tooling)
• Experience with SDK, Mobile frameworks and Mobile ecosystems 
• Ability to drive research calls, ask questions to our customers and gather insights
