👀 What we are looking for- 2-3 years of experience with FIGMA as a Product Designer
- A portfolio (uni, personal projects, or freelance work — we care about the thinking behind it).
- Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behavior.
- The ability to take ownership, not just wait for instructions.
- Experience with Atomic Design methodology
- Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to grow fast.
- Strong accountability and drive
- Own the design process end-to-end: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, final UI.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and our Creative Director to shape meaningful features.
- Simplify complexity into clear, intuitive flows that people love to use.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system, keeping quality and speed in balance.
- Keep track of how your designs perform in the real world and push them further.
