Through collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams, we deliver impactful solutions that balance user experience with revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and design intuitive user experiences that align with product and business goals.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to gather insights and translate them into actionable designs.
- Develop and maintain design components and contribute to long-term design systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and team members to iterate on designs based on feedback, user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Mentor less experienced designers while continuously learning from senior colleagues.
- Optimise designs for engagement, usability, and profitability through data and analytics.
- Use Figma to create and refine user interfaces and interactions.
- Ensure your designs align with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related fields.
- Proven ability to apply design principles effectively across complex projects.
- Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and incorporating them into designs.
- Familiarity with user analytics tools and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
- Experience designing for B2B or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong business communication skills.
