Key Responsibilities

  • Define and design intuitive user experiences that align with product and business goals.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to gather insights and translate them into actionable designs.
  • Develop and maintain design components and contribute to long-term design systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and team members to iterate on designs based on feedback, user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Mentor less experienced designers while continuously learning from senior colleagues.
  • Optimise designs for engagement, usability, and profitability through data and analytics.
  • Use Figma to create and refine user interfaces and interactions.
  • Ensure your designs align with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to apply design principles effectively across complex projects.
  • Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and incorporating them into designs.
  • Familiarity with user analytics tools and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience designing for B2B or SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with strong business communication skills.
