We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Integrations team. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process, discovering and defining a problem and then empathically designing a solution to deliver the smoothest user experience possible.

 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our integrations, helping businesses connect PandaDoc with their favorite tools and workflows. You will enhance the user experience and drive product adoption by creating delightful, seamless experiences that address various use cases through integrations with other apps and products, ultimately delivering customer value.

In our Integrations team, we're passionate about building connections that empower customers. PandaDoc's powerful integrations, like those with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, seamlessly import accurate customer data into documents. The team comprises talented designers, engineers, and product managers who work collaboratively to create seamless user experiences, implement integrations, monitor performance, and gather user feedback. What will you do in this role?

  • Drive the design vision for PandaDoc integrations, evolving, promoting, and supporting our Integrations strategy.
  • Optimize user journeys, emphasizing ease of integration discovery, exploration, and utilization.
  • Pinpoint problems, validate solutions, and identify new opportunities through usability tests, customer interviews, and interactive prototyping.
  • Independently manage full design cycles from research through implementation.
  • Present design solutions effectively to teammates, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Partner closely with product owners to iterate based on findings, experiments, and feedback, and work hand-in-hand with engineers to develop and deploy solutions.
  • Advocate for design excellence.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to the whole team.

Who you are?

  • 5+ years of experience in product design
  • You have a strong portfolio you’d be proud to walk us through
  • You’re able to gracefully balance bold product ideas with user satisfaction
  • You recognize how solving real user problems positively impacts the business
  • You possess a growth mindset, plus a ceaseless desire to improve user experience
  • You know the value of not only data, but also looking beyond numbers
  • Capable of formally presenting to an audience in a clear, compelling manner
  • Verbal and written English skills are at an upper-intermediate level

  • Figma for craft and store design component library
  • Coda for our internal kitchen: processes, checklists, playbooks, etc.
  • Slack and Zoom for communication
  • Miro for collaboration
  • Zeroheight for design documentation
  • Amplitude, Uservoice, Usertesting, Rally and more for listening to our users
  • Anything, you think would be valuable for us, can be tested
