As the Product Designer II, you will design experiences within our educational products that help us better inspire and train our students, as well as reach more students. In this role, you will design new experiences and improve existing experiences across our products.

The Product Designer II will:

  • Design digital experiences across our suite of educational products
  • Collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing teams to set design strategy, optimize existing user interfaces, and conceptualize experiences for new products and features
  • Create, share, and iterate through storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and other methods
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to translate design through implementation into delightful experiences
  • Help create a user-centric and data-driven culture by conducting research and user testing and by analyzing the data and outcomes of design projects
  • Help develop processes, standards, and best practices for design, testing, and research

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of UX/UI, Interaction, or Product Design experience
  • A solid online portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills with a focus on user-centered design
  • Experience coming up with innovative design solutions and participating in the design process from end-to-end
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and decision-making skills
