Job Snapshot
As a Product Designer at Mindtickle, you will work on the next generation of sales enablement solutions and solve big problems for companies of all sizes. In this role, you will work actively on our design system, and drive the UX of key cutting-edge solutions with product and engineering stakeholders.
What's in it for you?
- Work on our design system together with stakeholders from design and engineering
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build consensus and deliver best-in-class user experiences
- Partner with the research team to discover user needs and validate your design solutions
- Deliver high-quality design consistently, and be an expert in feedback processes
- Evangelize design best practices, including impactful presentation skills and effectively articulating cohesive design decisions to non-design audiences
- Guide junior designers in design standards, using a design system, and give constructive feedback
- Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate ideas and get stakeholder buy-in
- Effectively manage time, work proactively, prioritize tasks, all to meet deadlines
We'd love to hear from you, if you:
- Own a strong portfolio featuring product design work demonstrating complex problem-solving and solid design fundamentals
- Acquire 4+ years of experience in designing web applications (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Have an experience in building and maintaining design systems and a solid understanding of components, design tokens, and atomic approaches
- Pursued bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Are proficient in user-centered design processes
- Possess skill in high-fidelity pixel-perfect UI and interaction design in Figma
- Actively seeks customer insights and deeper problem-understanding
- Are experienced thinking strategically about product vision and partnering effectively with product managers.
- Get hold of design processes and the full development cycle for web applications
- Have knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript fundamentals
