Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to create user-first solutions that balance creativity, usability, and business impact. - Product Development from 0 to 1:
Drive the design and development process from early-stage ideation to prototyping and mass production.
- Ownership & Iteration:
Take full ownership of design projects. Stay agile, iterate rapidly based on user feedback, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics or surveillance product design.
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks.
- Skilled in 2D/3D visualization tools including Adobe Creative Suite and KeyShot.
- Familiar with design for manufacturing (DFM) and CMF development.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus):
- Proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical mindset with awareness of design trends and competitor landscape.
- Excellent time management and self-discipline, with a results-oriented approach.
- Experience in IoT or EoT product domains is a strong plus.
