We are now an international team of 100+ and have 40M+ monthly active users. Backed by Voodoo, our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.
RoleBeReal’s product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs. Identify key problems and opportunities
Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate business impact.
Contribute to prioritizing initiatives.
From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, design features that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
Identify key metrics your solutions should improve and take ownership for achieving success.
Implement, test, and iterate with the technical team.
Contribute to building and improving our design system.

Skills Required
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
- Ability to propose pragmatic solutions and estimate business impact
- Experience designing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems
- Ability to implement, test, and iterate with engineering teams
- Strong understanding of technical implications of design decisions
- Passion for scaling social consumer apps and understanding Gen Z user needs
- Highly autonomous, driven, and results-oriented working style
- Fluency in English
