🎯 What You’ll Do (Your Challenges & Impact)

As a Product Designer at CopyMind, you’ll be building from zero—from early-stage UX decisions to scaling design systems. We need a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is ready to take ownership.

🔹 Design intuitive, high-impact solutions for user activation, engagement, and retention.
🔹 Adapt and scale design across multiple platforms (iOS, Web, Admin Panel, Marketing Emails).
🔹 Rapidly prototype and iterate—this is a startup, so speed and experimentation are key!
🔹 Lead A/B testing efforts based on user research and data-driven insights.
🔹 Establish and refine a design system that will scale as the product grows.
🔹 Conduct user interviews in English, analyze feedback, and turn insights into real product improvements.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For

🔹 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a startup or fast-paced environment.
🔹 Proficiency in Figma & Photoshop, with expertise in auto-layouts, components, and iOS/web standards.
🔹 Strong ability to work independently—you don’t wait for instructions, you take the lead.
🔹 Experience in conducting user interviews in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
🔹 A mindset for building & scaling—you’re excited about starting from scratch and iterating fast.
🔹 A strong sense of ownership—you don’t just design, you care about outcomes and impact.

Bonus Points If You Have:

➕ Experience building a design system from scratch.
➕ Knowledge of moderated & unmoderated user testing.
