Product Design at Zalando is a community of 200+ product designers, content designers, and user researchers.
Content Experiences is a growing multi-disciplinary group of 100+ data scientists, engineers, business developers, product designers, and product managers in Helsinki and Berlin working to inspire each individual customer with meaningful fashion moments beyond transactions in a very personalized way.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Designer to join the Content Experience (CXP) design team.
As a Product Designer, you will work on strategic projects that shape how we might better serve our 48+ million customers in the future.
WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

You will get the chance to work closely with product designers, content designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to help shape and bring to life remarkable (internal & external) customer and partner journeys.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-led UI/ UX design profile that works fluently across various tools and systems and has strong prototyping and visual design skills alongside advanced UI / UX skills. Ideally, you have worked with and actively contributed to design systems in the past.

Interest and experience in new technologies (AI) is considered a strong plus.

You possess strong collaboration and communication skills.

You're passionate about UI design and all things visual, with a sharp eye for the finer details. You bring deep expertise in building and working with design systems powered by tokens, and you're well-versed in accessibility (a11y) standards to ensure designs are as inclusive as they are stunning.

You will contribute to the Zalando Product Design community and the larger European design industry by sharing best practices, crafting best-in-class solutions, bar-raising in design reviews, and sparking inspiring conversations.
