What We Do

Bridge is an all-in-one learning management system and skills platform that can help with employee development, manager enablement and corporate training. We help our customers deliver new hire onboarding, compliance training, skill building, performance conversations & more.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A great listener who knows how to get to the heart of our customers’ problems via research, so we can help solve them.
  • A craftsperson who knows the ins and outs of how people interact with devices, and can help them complete tasks with ease and good humor. You will have a strong UI/UX design portfolio (required) that showcases your craftsmanship and rigorous work experience.
  • A team player who loves working with fellow designers, product managers, and engineers, to find the best solution no matter who came up with it.
  • A visual whiz who can create stunning interfaces that inspire our customers, help them see the importance of their everyday work, and persuade them to pursue their potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guiding product strategy in collaboration with product managers.
  • Creating prototypes that run the fidelity gamut: from fat marker sketches to polished mockups.
  • Designing for both web and mobile applications.
  • Performing user research, user flow mapping and presenting options to stakeholders.
  • Using and contributing to our design system.

What You’ll Need to Know

  • User research methods as well as processes for interpreting findings.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Human-centered design principles, inside and out.
  • How to move projects through the design process independently.
  • How to work well with others as a collaborator, user advocate, and design evangelist.
  • Effective communication and fluency in English as a writer, presenter, and facilitator; equally at ease speaking with developer partners or stakeholders.

Not Required, but Awesome

  • Experience designing for mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of UX conventions for both Apple and Android mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency with Design Systems.

What We Offer

  • Healthy work-life balance: We have a great office at Allee where you are welcome, but there is no mandate to get to work on a regular basis. Our employees enjoy the freedom to manage their working hours.
  • Personal growth: We want to bring out the best in you through several things, learning days, quarterly hack weeks, LinkedIn Learning, mentorship, career development plan and training opportunities from the first day.
  • Financial stability: We offer you a competitive salary package (1.1 - 1.3M HUF gross / month depending on your seniority), bonus (based on the performance of the company), a comprehensive healthcare package provided by Medicover, SZÉP card, and other fringe benefits.

We believe in hiring awesome people and encouraging them to be themselves. We know that the more diverse we are, the more diverse our ideas will be -- and when we openly welcome those ideas, our environment is better and our business is stronger.

At Bridge we participate in E-Verify and yes, in case you didn't catch it from the above, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
