We are looking to hire a Product Designer to join our core product team. You will be working closely with our back office team to design the tools that enable them to deliver high-quality experiences to our members. You will contribute to the UX strategic direction, roadmap, and success metrics for our portfolio of products.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with UX research, product managers, and engineers to drive design requirements.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Solve complex design problems for many different user personas.
- Create detailed documentation to outline guidelines and standards.
- Look for new ways to improve and surface insights to the product team.
What you have:
- 3+ years of successfully designing web and mobile products.
- Exceptional collaboration skills that drive towards successful outcomes.
- A strong storyteller and facilitator who can clearly and concisely explain complex concepts and build consensus with cross-disciplinary groups.
- Systems-level design thinker with a thoughtful intuition that incorporates broader situational variables, user needs, and patterns in human behavior.
- Experienced collaborator who brings out the best in others and offers a flexible, friendly approach to working with product teams.
- Humble, ego-free, emotionally intelligent contributor who learns from, and builds upon, the ideas of others.

Where you’ll live:
- Anywhere in the US is fine but Atlanta would be preferred.
