As a Product Design Manager at Workhuman, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings by leading the design strategy and execution across multiple product lines. This position offers the chance to work with a 40+ design team, other design managers and guide a team of talented designers. You will help foster a culture of creativity and excellence while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered designs that resonate with our customers.
