We're seeking a Product Design Lead to join our team and spearhead a revolution in user experience for Muscle Booster, our strength training app, that provides users with a personalized guidance offering tailored strength workout and nutrition plan.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in defining the visual identity of our apps, from creating seamless interfaces to designing captivating user journeys. You'll take charge of the design process, collaborating closely with diverse teams to transform intricate concepts into visually stunning, user-focused solutions to drive engagement and retention in the product.

This position is fully remote within our hubs in Cyprus, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine. We also welcome applicants from outside these locations who are open to relocating to one of them.

• Transform Muscle Booster into the most engaging, simple and fun strength training in the market.

• Create healthy habits for our users by designing a user experience that is based on deep user understanding and solve for the inner demons that stop our users from getting stronger.

• Collaborate closely with the product leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmap and vision

• Lead and mentor a team of three passionate designers

• A strong portfolio showcasing your mobile app design expertise and your problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in startups or early-stage companies is advantageous, particularly in achieving product-market fit and scaling efforts

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software

• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles

• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers

• Experience with mobile prototyping and user testing methodologies

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and provide mentorship to junior team members

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app design

• Passion for staying at the forefront of design innovation and continuously improving your craft
