(JJDC) and Novo Growth, the growth-stage investment arm of Novo Holdings.

Our headquarters are located in San Francisco and we have additional offices in Knoxville, TN and New York City with employees working remotely in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT , VA, WA, or Washington D.C. Job Overview

You will be important for bridging the gap between the product team and internal and external resources. You will be a collaborative, shared resource, across marketing, corporate brand and of course, product. You will use your creative expertise as a patient and provider-focused ambassador, to help develop and implement product design vision.

Responsibilities

• Create assets for Verana, interpreting our vision into elegant and functional solutions

• Build interaction design and associated workflows, interpreting user research into relevant design

• Bring and use functional, scalable tools/software which will be used as a standardized resource

• Develop presentations; expressive and able to translate concepts into applicable project goals, communicating with varied audiences

• Understand how to define what user research needs to be done and work with users to define product needs.

• Take research findings and use them in service of building Verana's solutions for a diverse representation of customers
