About The Role:

Requirements

  • Experienced Designer: You have 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design, and you’ve led design projects before. Experience with workflow automation is a plus.
  • Portfolio Pro: You have a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and your ability to tackle complex projects.
  • Tool Savvy: You’re comfortable with design tools like Figma, Rive, and prototyping tools.
  • Leader and Collaborator: You know how to lead a team, communicate your ideas clearly, and work well with others.
  • Educated: You have a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Additional certifications are a bonus.
