DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Partner with Data Owners to create Business Requirements Document (BRD) for each data feed owned. Manage 38 Cross-channel Data Feeds - ETL, Requirements, Code Changes, Source Updates. Partner with the Development team to deliver data feed(s), following requirements outlined in BRD. Ensure Data Use Approvals, Protective Group Classification and Data Registration tasks are complete and maintained for each feed. Validate new data feeds and complete quarterly checks of feeds for accuracy and completeness. Provide use case support to Analysis and Modeling teams. Perform customer segmentation analysis, contact center analysis, utilize marketing analytics and web analytics to provide user solutions. Perform data training/ enablement for Snowflake and AWS Analytical solutions. Document data feed requirements, validations, and data lineage to satisfy internal controls. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Data Mining, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Delivery, Analytic Solutions, Data Analyst/Engineer, Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Data Mining, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Delivery, Analytic Solutions, Data Analyst/Engineer, Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience with the following: SQL; Agile; SDLC; Python; MS Excel; developing and running API calls for data analysis; Utilizing AWS concepts for data connections, file download/transfer, and SQL querying; Snowflake; JIRA; Confluence; Shell Scripting; Tableau; customer experience analysis and presenting fact-based recommendations; utilizing data to \"tell a story\"; data architecture, databases, and data structures; developing complex queries to join multiple data tables together into a single dataset; relationship management with business partners in various divisions, operations, and IT partners to lead critical business initiatives; and conveying analytic findings, strategic implications, and actionable recommendations to all levels of management and partners.
