As a Product Delivery Rewards Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming program management across the Chase Ultimate Rewards Product. This is your chance to lead high-impact projects and collaborate with top talent to deliver exceptional results.
As a Product Delivery Rewards Manager, you'll lead program management for Chase Ultimate Rewards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your role involves managing complex initiatives, fostering innovation, and driving excellence across all stages of product delivery. Join us to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated product delivery plans, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Area Product Owners, Agility Leads, and Designers to align impacts and scope.
  • Manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with budget and team availability.
  • Focus on risk and controls, managing dependencies within and outside the product area.
  • Monitor and enforce Jira standards, supporting continuous improvement and agile effectiveness.
  • Track IT and non-IT work, manage releases, and proactively address issues and dependencies.
  • Establish best practices and innovate program management approaches for continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years in Project Management or Product Delivery Management across multiple technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and instill confidence across teams.
  • Proven leadership in managing programs/projects to meet deliverables on time.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods, stakeholder and risk management.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proficient in data analytics.
  • Expert in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with PI planning.
