Product Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead initiatives across operations, trading, and client-facing projects. The role focuses on coordinating delivery between product, trading, operations, and technology teams, ensuring projects are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact on overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of projects that improve trading operations, including pricing, risk management, event creation, settlement, and trading tools.
• Convert product requirements into clear tasks and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to expand and optimize functionality.
• Manage and prioritize the product project backlog, ensuring resources focus on the most valuable items.
• Facilitate delivery reviews and demos with product, operations, and trading stakeholders, collecting feedback to guide improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and designs for internal and external teams.
• Work closely with trading, operations, and technology leadership to identify priorities, challenges, and opportunities.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Manager in iGaming.
• Background in trading or operations, with hands-on exposure to product delivery.
• Strong technical understanding and background to work effectively with development teams.
• Knowledge of flows from event creation through pricing, risk, and settlement.
• Understanding of odds models, margin strategies, and trading systems.
• Experience managing projects across distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with B2B supplier platforms or B2C operators.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field preferred.
• Product or project management certification is a plus.
