DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design and deliver complex, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure that data from various sources is integrated effectively. Validate the accuracy of the data. Analyze complex customer journey analytics problems, find root causes, and propose data-driven solutions. Diagnose and resolve issues related to data collection, analysis, or reporting. Collaborate with vendors to identify new opportunities and implement necessary changes to enhance efficacy and quality of the product. Help users with different business needs and objectives to analyze customer journey data, identify key touch points, extract valuable insights and make informed decisions. Determine the training needs of different user groups based on their functional areas. Create a comprehensive training plan with clear content and schedule the sessions. Collect feedback from internal customers and stakeholders and identify areas of improvements. Prioritize, submit requests, and track the implementation of internal and vendor enhancements which are the most important and align with the product goals and strategy. Create and moderate channels for users to communicate their cross channel journey data needs, suggest improvements, and report issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Mathematics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Mathematics, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: providing customer journey analysis or stitching the data together into a single data set for use in customer journey analysis; presenting fact-based recommendations; \"tell a story\" with data; developing complex queries in AWS and using SQL or Python to join multiple data tables together into a single data feed; designing effective and insightful dashboards using Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent; validating and improving data quality; identifying gaps in the data collection processes and proposing effective solutions; and relationship management with business partners with operations, IT partners, and third party vendors.
Job Location: 880 Powder Mill Road, Wilmington, DE 19803. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
