As a Technical Product Manager within our innovative team, you will be instrumental in enhancing and optimizing the delivery of our products to customers. You will play a pivotal role in devising solutions and efficiencies that facilitate successful implementations in a timely and organized manner. This role offers the chance to influence the future of product delivery while developing solutions that improve and optimize customer experiences. You will oversee end-to-end processes, handle dependencies, and engage with stakeholders as part of a team leading the way in innovation.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Carry out in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases for change and leadership decision making.
- Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Champion continuous enhancements by identifying process streamlining opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery role
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Strong influencing and partnership/collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams to build better solutions and to execute product go-live plans
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies; Must be able to build solutions from the ground up
- Strong technical background, with experience working on AWS, Big Data, Snowflake and SQL; experience with JIRA, Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Java or Python is preferred
- Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Inteligence (AI) is a plus
