This is a product delivery role within the EMEA Payments Product Team, specifically focusing on creating multi-year roadmap and providing governance for the EMEA region, partnering with cross functional stakeholders and teams.
As a Product Delivery Manager in the EMEA Payments Product Team, you will manage the annual investment process and various strategic capability and platform assessments to assist with product and business expansion.
Job responsibilities

  • Owns regional product and platform development roadmaps, backlogs, governance and the change agenda
  • Ensures approved roadmaps are prioritized and resourced for technology development
  • Owns regional demand processes, implementing continuous process improvements whilst ensuring transparency to stakeholders
  • Collaborates with global product partners to deliver value for EMEA and our clients
  • Partners with the Technology organization, fostering an environment of collaboration to maximize velocity and efficiency in delivery for clients
  • Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders in order to identify, develop and implement new solutions and product improvements that are globally consistent
  • Understands the risks inherent in the product delivery process and drives programs to reduce or eliminate
  • Implements change, consensus, and alignment on the target state vision and roadmap across a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Exhibits a deep-passion for continuous learning and provides knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business, and facilitates classes, workshops, and sharing events
  • Acts as an active team-player in developing the team (for example recruiting), fostering a collaborative and supportive culture, and bringing positivity and a sense of fun to the office


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge within payments product management, development, product delivery or a comparable role
  • Proven leadership, financial, analytical and strategic skill set
  • Effective change management experience with an ability to connect with teams to influence current state mindset and help them adapt to a changing environment
  • Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives
  • Solid track record of success in developing and implementing initiatives
  • Payment industry group participation and contribution
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
  • Execution-oriented self-starter who likes to take initiative
  • Demonstrated track record of managing risk
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills with experience of collaborating with Sales, Service, Operations and Technology teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, set vision and strategy, set direction and balance delivery across various time horizons
