As a Product Delivery Manager in Document Management Services, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant document creation processes that support lending and business operations. You will execute on the product vision & roadmap of DMS capabilities with a focus on Document Generation in support of the end-to-end lending document lifecycle and engagement across multiple stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product delivery, including intake, dependency and release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
- Oversee change management and ensure compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications, proactively resolving blockers.
- Build deep product and business knowledge to serve as a strategic partner to product and technology teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement document management solutions and integrate with banking applications.
- Use data to monitor progress, ensure quality deliverables, and meet success metrics.
- Foster continuous learning and growth within project teams, delegating tasks for efficient delivery.
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
- Anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote lean program management, documentation standards, and operational excellence
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in product delivery or document management or related domain.
- Proven ability in operational management, change readiness, and iterative product delivery.
- Skilled in drafting clear, concise status updates and communicating complex information with simplicity.
- Experienced in release management, deployment strategies, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledgeable in Agile and hybrid methodologies and product development lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proficiency in product delivery tools (e.g., Figma, LUCID, JIRA, JIRA Align, Excel, PowerPoint, Process Mapping Tools) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
- Project management and Agile certifications. (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of Large Language models (LLM) and/or Agentic AI
- Preference: Experienced with document lifecycle management, template setup, and related technologies (API, cloud storage, OCR, e-signature).
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint).
