As a Product Delivery Associate in the Card Pricing Product team, you will serve as a liaison between the Product Owner, Partner Products and Technology Feature Teams to analyze business requirements and help produce testing documentation and execution strategy to support the Product. You will support the product leads to design a Pricing product testing strategy plan focused on speed, quality, and reusability. You will also collaborate with the product and technology teams to execute on the design, customization, development and execution of an initiative's User Acceptance Test (UAT) that will deliver products that meet customer expectations and result in realizing the planned business value.
Job responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Leads to understand an initiative's operational flows and customer experience expectations for user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing
  • Assist in defining and documenting a test strategy and framework that can be used across the Product
  • Draft quality test acceptance criteria at varying levels, including integration and negative testing
  • Exercise analytical and problem-solving skills to manage issues and defects arising from execution of test plans
  • Support the build of testing automation tools and capabilities in partnership with Product and Technology to increase the coverage of end to end integration testing
  • Partner with Technology to maintain an evergreen automation regression suite with necessary enhancements as required for new features and capabilities
  • Identify potential project roadblocks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and partner with the product team to proactively resolve
  • Communicate (both verbal and written) technical and non-technical updates to executives via decks and reports
  • Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in user acceptance testing in product development or related field
  • Understanding of automation testing tools, frameworks, best practices and strategies within an agile framework
  • Knowledge of non-functional requirements for long-term product stability
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and automation scripts
  • Demonstrated expertise with Agile processes, principles, and tools like Confluence and JIRA
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
  • Experience working through ambiguity and shifting business priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in fintech or financial services industry
