Job Title
Design applications that shape the travel experience for our customers. You’ll use your expertise to support team members, collaborate across departments, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and share knowledge of our processes, services, and products used by customers.
Consolidate and communicate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades, estimating specification and validation work, and supporting stakeholders in preparing requirements.
Carry out functional design by writing Feasibility Studies (FS), Solution Overview Documents (SOD), Interface Control Documents (ICD), Product Specifications, and presenting functional walk-throughs to stakeholders. Collaborate with relevant divisions to ensure compatibility with other Amadeus applications.
Support the implementation of the test strategy, review test plans, and support traceability of tests with specifications. Investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents to support production integrity.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, engaging with Product Management, Project Management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams, as well as customers during requirements, specification, testing, and implementation phases.
Has working experience and advanced technical or functional knowledge in their discipline, understands how their area contributes to the business, and supports team members newer to the role.
Works independently within a plan set by the manager, with guidance on complex situations.
Responsible for own and team commitments, anticipates dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, and proposes improvements to processes.
Supports product features definition (scoping) and contributes to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) for the product.
Gives presentations, demonstrations, and familiarization sessions to customers and customer-facing teams, participates in key events, and supports product launch and follow-up.
