We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented team player to join our Product Data Services group as a Product Data Specialist in our St. Louis, MO office. In this role, you will implement and maintain data management solutions that enable users to optimize systems capabilities. You will analyze, cleanse, enrich and monitor data elements as well as troubleshoot issues related to data management. If you have an eye for detail and a love for product data, understanding all elements of it, including its utilization by a variety of end users, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Product Data Specialist will:
- Obtain and process product and pricing files in CCA’s databases and collaborate with vendors to define data requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues with data file structures and missing or incorrect data and perform weekly and monthly audits to assure accuracy.
- Collaborate internally to finalize product enrichment and assist with manufacturer cost updates as well as enter price exceptions into Fusion.
- Work with members to assist in setting up fcB2B (floorcovering industry B2B standards) through CCA’s Product Gateway assuring that data is not duplicated in members’ systems.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience with 1-3 years’ electronic product data experience.
- Advanced knowledge of XML and Excel
- Superior organizational, analytical, process oriented and attention to detail skills.
- Diligent follow-up and the ability to document best practices for each vendor are critical.
- Fundamental knowledge of database structures and concepts is desired.
- Knowledge of Enter works Enable and RFMS software is preferred.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate with corporate, vendor and member personnel.
