  • Create and maintain web hierarchies, primary product hierarchy structures, product attributes, lists of values, facets, display structures, and classification rules.

  • Conduct product and category data audits to identify gaps in quality, completeness, consistency, duplication, classification, and customer-facing information.

  • Complete data cleanup, enrichment, backfill, and structural improvements to support accurate and useful product information.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate changes, resolve product information issues, and communicate risks or downstream impacts.

  • Support the implementation of approved product data changes and escalate complex issues or decisions requiring additional expertise or business approval.

  • Use approved AI and automation tools responsibly to improve efficiency while reviewing outputs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience using approved AI tools responsibly, including writing clear prompts, grounding outputs in trusted source information, and reviewing results for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and compliance.

  • Ability to recognize AI limitations and know when human validation or escalation is required.

  • 1–2 years of experience working with product information, product content, e-commerce data, product data management, merchandising, business, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting product data audits, enrichment, taxonomy or hierarchy updates, attribute and facet management, or category improvement initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of Product Information Management systems such as STEP or MIRAKL, Microsoft Excel, product attributes, lists of values, facets, classification, and data quality principles.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage defined initiatives and collaborate across technical, operational, merchandising, and business teams.

  • French language proficiency is considered an asset.
