Product Data Specialist, eCommerce - Ferguson Master Distribution

About the PositionAs a Product Data Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining product data templates for strategic eCommerce accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail and ownership of the item onboarding process. This position offers autonomy and resources to drive improvements through actionable insights. Successful candidates bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to thoughtful, effective problem-solving.
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Newport News, VA or Atlanta, GA
You will:- Build and maintain product data templates using in-house and third-party eCommerce platforms across a diverse product portfolio.
- Ensure successful launches of new products through accurate syndication across eCommerce platforms.
- Maintain the highest level of accuracy.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain clear SOPs, data standards, and training materials.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, formulas); familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Experience with PIM systems (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo,etc.) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Pay Range:

$3,075.30 - $5,041.30-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
