Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for a Product Data Planner Team Manager to lead a critical team within Supply Chain and play a key role in driving excellence across our Product Lifecycle Management processes.
This position will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of product data, optimizing planning processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact business performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Product Data Planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring and talent development.

  • Oversee the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management process, ensuring accurate and timely management of product and material master data throughout the lifecycle of each product.

  • Drive operational excellence and data integrity, monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring high-quality, error-free data management across systems and processes.

  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and improving efficiency across Product Data Planning operations.

  • Leverage and optimize systems and tools such as SAP, PLM and MDM platforms, identifying opportunities to enhance system capabilities and improve reporting and visibility.

  • Ensure standardized processes and governance, promoting consistency in data management practices across business units and regions.

  • Manage team workload and capacity, aligning resources with business priorities and assigning projects through structured planning processes.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other functions to ensure strong alignment in product lifecycle processes.

  • Facilitate cross-functional forums and decision-making discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities, risks and opportunities related to product data and lifecycle management.

  • Support strategic initiatives within Supply Chain, helping shape the long-term roadmap and capabilities of the Product Data Planning organization.

What we look for:

  • + 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Product Data, or Product Lifecycle Management

  • Proven experience working in FMCG or consumer goods companies with complex supply chains and logistics networks

  • Experience with SAP and product data management systems (PLM, MDM or similar platforms).

  • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CIRM or CSCP are considered a plus

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Business Process Management.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders across functions.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
