  • Monitor data quality and coordinate the resolution of data-related issues with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain clear documentation for data processes, ownership and operational workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, operational efficiency and consistency across the estate.
Why you'll love it here:
  • Play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality operational data.
  • Work across Commercial, Operations and Technology teams to influence critical business outcomes.
  • Be part of major transformation programmes shaping the future of our Hotels & Restaurants business.

  • Access excellent development opportunities within one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses.
What you'll need:

  • Experience defining or maintaining data standards, processes, controls and ownership responsibilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
It would be great if you also have:
  • Experience working in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, retail, travel or other multi-site operational businesses.
  • Experience working with room inventory, pricing, product or operational master data.
  • Experience supporting releases, deployments, cutovers or service transitions where data readiness is critical.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers, vendors or implementation partners.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programmes.
